2018 Hockey Program
The 2018-2019 program will run from late October 2018 through to April 2019. Skills training sessions are generally held throughout the SWSAS region, although we will go outside the local region for the training camp and ClubsNSW Academy Games.
A draft coaching/ training calendar is available at https://www.swsas.org.au/hockey.html Circumstances may arise that dictate that some activities/dates may change during the course of the season. SWSAS will also run education/personal development sessions throughout the season. It is expected that athletes will do their own training over and above the SWSAS sessions Please note: The financial support SWSAS receives from both Hockey NSW and our corporate partners enable us to provide the hockey program with subsidised tour opportunities. These tours will include all travel, meals, accommodation and entry fees. The Goulburn training camp will have an athlete levy of approx $130pp applied. Your Local ClubAcademy Games will have an additional cost of approx $200pp.
